Dr. Rohtashav Dhir is an American Board of Internal Medicine certified gastroenterologist who has joined Gastroenterology Associates starting November 2022. Dr. Dhir brings with him 18 years of experience in diagnosing and treating disease of the digestive tract including the pancreas, gall bladder, liver, esophagus, stomach, small intestine and the colon. He specializes in upper and lower endoscopy, capsule endoscopy, pancreato-biliary endoscopy, hepatology, manometry, Ph monitoring, and hemorrhoid banding.

He completed his medical school at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, which ranks amongst the top 25 medical schools in the world and one of the only two non US medical schools to achieve this honor. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic, which consistently ranks in the top 3 hospitals in the entire US. He then completed his gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. He also holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health, one of the top 10 public health schools in the country. He is a member of the American College of Gastorenterology and the American Gastroenterology Association.

Dr. Dhir uses his education and training as the cornerstone to continually advance the quality of his patients care. Dr. Dhir focuses on measuring his procedural skills and care against various quality benchmarks and has consistently surpassed these measures.
